Under ideal running conditions, Shaun Evans of upstate New York and Kristin Herring of Elizabeth City, N.C. captured gold medals in the first 13.1 Marathon® New York, held at Flushing Meadows Corona Park. More than 3,200 runners competed in the inaugural event. Read More
