Course Entertainment
13.1 Minneapolis® is going to feature 80's rock bands and entertainers that will keep you rockin' all throughout the fun-filled 13.1 mile course.
Performance Highlights: On August 22, the Inaugural 13.1® Minneapolis will bring in thousands of runners and walkers to the streets of Minneapolis and the 13.1 mile course. We are looking for bands, dj's, and high energy entertainers for this great event.
Benefits: There are many highlights to performing for 13.1® Minneapolis: Group name and booking information listed on the 13.1® Minneapolis web site (www.131minneapolis.com). Group signage may also be displayed at your performance location as long as it does not interfere with the race (Signage may only be 3’x 6’).
Time: This 80's rock themed 13.1® Minneapolis begins at 7:13 a.m., which means your group must be at their assigned location by 6:30 a.m. Everyone will finish by noon, with some groups ending earlier, depending on your location on the course.
Where: Along the 13.1 mile half marathon course. Performance locations will be confirmed.
Equipment: All groups will be responsible for supplying their own equipment. 13.1® Minneapolis will provide access to electricity, either from a business or a generator.
