Timing
Timing for 13.1® Miami Beach will be done by the Chrono Track "D" tag. One of the many goals of the ChronoTrack system is to simplify the timing process for athletes. A disposable tag eliminates the need for you, the athlete, to worry about turning your chip in after the race.and allows you to spend more time focusing on competing. Shorter lines before the race to pick up your bib and chip and no line to return your tag or chip afterward are just some of the benefits to the ChronoTrack system. The D-Tag is easy to attach your shoe and is far lighter and less intrusive than other timing tags and chips.
Timing for 13.1® Miami Beach will be handled by the team at Split Second Timing. Split Second Timing is also the official timer of the ING Miami Marathon and Half Marathon® and all races in the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida Running Series, and has a proven history of providing results on time!
